Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or on statutory holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please include an additional 5 business days. Due to COVID-19, there may be additional delays. Please feel free to contact use at info@cubedstyle.com for any further inquiries on your order status.
**Note: If you live in an apartment or condominium, please include your full address with apartment and/or condominium number. We will not be responsible for any mislabelled or redirected shipment chargebacks. We reserve the right to charge you for the shipment chargeback(s) and additional charge to have the order reshipped.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping can take up to 10 business days, depending on how far you are from Toronto, Canada. Shipping will be calculated based on geographic area via Canada Post.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We will not be able to ship to any P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once we have your order ready to ship, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Through this tracking number, you will be able to check the progress of your shipment(s).
Customs, duties, and taxes
Cubed Style is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Cubed Style is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We will only be shipping within North America (Canada & United States). We will not be shipping internationally at the moment.
